How do I know if an item will fit me?
Each listing is meant to include tagged size, measurements, fit notes, and condition details so you can make a more confident decision before you buy.
What does verified mean?
Verified means the item passed Penthouse Thrift’s internal review standards for authenticity labeling. If an item is not marked verified, it should not be presented as authenticated.
Can I return an item?
All sales are final, so check the tagged size, measurements and photos before you buy. If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, tap Report Issue in Order History within 3 days of delivery and before confirming receipt. The seller's payment stays on hold while we review.
How do I sell on Penthouse Thrift?
Start with seller onboarding, follow the intake checklist, submit clear photos and measurements, and your item will move through review before it goes live.
Do I have to be big and tall to sell?
No. Anyone can sign up and list — we just ask that clothing and sneakers actually fit the big and tall range. Many sellers list on behalf of a big and tall guy in their life rather than being big and tall themselves. Accessories are open to every seller: bags, luggage, ties, scarves, belts, and watches fit everyone, so no size check applies.
How long does review take?
Review timing can vary, but sellers are notified once a submission is approved, rejected, or needs changes.
How do I contact support?

Why can't I find Penthouse Thrift in the App Store or Google Play?
We're still pre-launch — right now the focus is on locking in our first sellers and getting the marketplace itself dialed in before we scale to native iOS and Android apps. Both are on the roadmap, but there's no firm date yet. Follow along and we'll announce it when we get there.
